Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, clean, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Vehicle fit
Vehicle rear-seat layouts vary. If you are unsure whether RoadNest™ is suitable for your vehicle, email us your vehicle make, model, and year before ordering and we will help you check compatibility. Fit-related returns may be accepted when the item otherwise meets the return conditions above.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
