RoadNest™ orders are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimates are shown during checkout when available.
Processing and delivery
Order processing and transit times can vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weekends, holidays, customs, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery date shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information provided with your order after the shipment is prepared.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delayed or missing shipments
If tracking has stopped updating or your shipment appears significantly delayed, email trykelvani@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
